MOUNTD SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

At Mountd, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand such as sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any significant delays by email.

3. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows.

United States: 5 to 10 business days. Europe: 7 to 14 business days. Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Mountd offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mountd ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We have no control over customs processing times or fees. Customs delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.

By placing an international order, you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties and import taxes in your country.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Mountd is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps. Check with neighbors and anyone else at your address who may have accepted the package. Check all entry points to your property including any secure package areas. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located after taking these steps, contact us at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Mountd is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address and subsequently stolen. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt and contact us at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Do not discard the damaged packaging, as it may be required by the carrier during the claims process.

10. Delays

While we do everything in our power to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Mountd is not liable for losses or inconveniences caused by shipping delays.

In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
