MOUNTD RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview
At Mountd, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.
Items that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, or that are missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Do not send any item back without first receiving written confirmation from us. We cannot guarantee acceptance of unrequested returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If your return is approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund on their end.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order the actual cost of outbound shipping incurred by Mountd will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you with no need to return the original item.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item contact us at adamsecombusinesses@gmail.com and we will ship the correct item immediately at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or variant please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error such as a wrong or defective item customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mountd is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
